Franco Manca is renown for their sourdough pizza… So here I just have to come and check it out after been craving for it for soo long!
To be honest, this is one of my top selection for pizzas in London.. Period…
The pizza here really hit the spot!
So heres this season menu.. Today I ordered the classic combination of mozzarella, fresh basil and tomatoe sauce, the version with anchovies and chorizo and a burrata puguese as a starter..
The mozzarella was creamy and light amazing perfect with the pizza
The pizza dough is soft, chewy and thin… Sweet from the tomatoe, fresh and fragrant basil and the mozzarella is just perfect…. But their dough is really unique… Top it off with some chilli flakes or their chilli oil gives it a nice kick and smothered it in the burrata puguese was just divine!!!
The chorizo topping is spicy, not too salty but the anchovies is abit over powering, without the anchovies it would be even better..
All I can say is, you have to try Franco Manca! Their dough is delcious and the ingredients are super fresh! And with this weather, dining outside is a delight!
