I’ve heard from many friends and food bloggers about this restaurant, Bob Bob Ricard.. Located right next to Carnaby Shopping St, serves a delicious selection of brasserie classics..

Due to the good time I had with the food and company.. I forgot to take the interior and restaurant window.. Oh well, just the food looks good enough!

The last time I had beef wellington outside home was at Gordon Ramsey’s Petrus.. This one is delicious, crispy pastry, pink and tender savoury fillet of 28 day aged beef and the sautéed mushroom inside adds a bitey texture.. Delicious!

Get the parsnips and carrots sauteed in beef drippings and spinach is the perfect condiments to the wellington.. Sweet, tender while still remain its texture from the light frying…Perfect

Next up, baked sole filled with salmon mousse in light lobster sauce on a bed of spinach and the lobster mac and cheese..

The mac and cheese creates gluttony.. Stringy, cheesiness and sweet tender big pieces of lobster cut by a hint of herbs on top.. Divine!

The baked sole was light, fresh and retain a nice firm texture.. The sauce was similar to a lobster bisque which went well with the sole..

The dessert presentation was unique and something I haven’t experience before…

First, BBR’s signature guilty pleasure.. Chocolate covered gold ball filled with brownie, marshmallow, passion fruit jelly and chocolate meringue.. Heavenly! Sweet, light bitterness and fragrant dark sauce on top cut by the sharp tang of the jelly and squishy marshmallow just add that creaminess to the dish…

Lastly, the eton mess…

The lime meringue act as a parcel. Containing fresh strawberries, hint of basel, raspberry sorbet and cream then poured on by a strawberry sauce… Sweet, fragrant, crunchy, fresh taste that really completes the meal and get all your taste buds going…

A special button dedicated to ordering a glass or bottle of champagne..

Even the bread and butter is a delicious nibbles to wait for the delicious food to come..

Bob Bob Ricard is a impressive restaurant, its a shame I forget to take a photo of the interior… It looks like the era of oriental express, using art decors and gold plating as the stand out of the interior… A wonderful experience for the eyes and taste buds…

Bon Appetit!
