If you have been reading my blog I am a big follower of this food truckers community.. Usually KERB organises weekly markets at Gherkin or Kings X

For KERB Saturday its different, you get music, drinks, cocktails, beer, coffee and food all in one day! A more special than their regular ones during the weekdays

Drinks such as cocktail are provided by the KERB bar and the Hop truck.. Selling their pilsner and cider etc. a perfect pair to the food trucks available at the lot

For the food, KERB really delivers one of the best out there… So here is what I had..

20130803-160125.jpg

First Donostia’s braised pork cheek with celeriac pureé

20130803-160243.jpg

This is soo tender you can just pull it apart, full of flavour and the celeriac pureé always work with meat dishes

20130803-160443.jpg

Next up triple cooked chips with feta cheese and oregano

20130803-160606.jpg

This is delicious sides to all the food there, crunchy and fluffy inside, the oregano added that herby mild fragrant that really elevate with the feta cheese.. Yummm

Miss P’s BBQ is one of my new favourite bbq stands!

20130803-160906.jpg

Unfortunately their famous beef ribs ran out when I went there but their KERB special smoke Ox cheek and pulled pork sandwich was delicious!

20130803-161025.jpg

The ox cheek is super tender, serve in large slices perfect for all the carnivores.. The smoke crust packs loads of flavour and the marbled fat inside just makes it all indulging!

20130803-161344.jpg

20130803-161400.jpg

Don’t forget to get their hot bbq sauce.. Really really good… The pulled pork is juicy, well spiced and tender… Smother it in hot bbq sauce will leave you wanting for more

End your meal with Ice Kitchen’s lollipops and shaved ice

20130803-161557.jpg

20130803-161608.jpg

The strawberry and cream lollipop is the one to have… Chunks of strawberry, not too sweet and has the nice fragrant sour note to balance it all out.. A must

For me, KERB never disappoints
