Picture is a small, vibrant and minimal restaurant located right in Fitzrovia, serving delicious British inspired European dishes with the philosophy of sharing through tapas size offerings.

Like the format of tapas restaurant, the menu is categorised in food groups such as vegetables, meat, seafood follow by a dessert section.

Once you have ordered, a roll fresh of the oven is served with slightly salted butter. Its really really good. Crusty, dough and fragrant.

First I got a Ravioli of italian greens, ricotta and chilli (£6)

This is a delicious start. The ravioli is light, soft and pack full of flavours. The flavour and texture is well balance. Tangy ricotta cuts perfectly by the slightly bitter sweet greens. Delicious.

The veg is then follow by slow cooked shoulder of lamb with cumin (£9). This dish is also delicious. The cumin and fennel comes through and compliments the lamb well. The yoghurt adds a nice balance of acidity while the blood orange is sweet and citrusy not bitter as I thought. Downside is the texture of the lamb, it was abit dry.

Picture is a lovely place to bring your friends as it is all about sharing, the portion is right and the flavours combination are delicious. No wonder they got the Bib Gourmand. Come try everyone!
